APRIL

15-18 — Pine Lakes Golf Club Junior-Senior Golf Camps. Ages 7-14 from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Ages 14-18 from 1:30 p.m.-3 p.m. Cost is $160 for all four days. Single days are $60. 10 — Ned Mervos Youngstown State Football Alumni Golf Outing at Youngstown Country Club. Registration at 10 a.m. Hot dogs served at 11:30 a.m. Shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. Dinner and cash bar at 6 p.m. A hole-in-one contest for a car and skill contests are planned. 14 — Tamer Win Golf and Country Club will offer its Women on Course Instructional Golf League beginning May 14. Session 1 runs Tuesdays from May 14 to June 18. Session 2 runs Wednesdays May 15 to June 19. Session 3 runs Tuesdays from July 10 to August 14. Prepaid fee is $200 and includes weekly instructional clinics, greens fees and cart. 18 — Two-Person Scramble at Tamer Win Golf & Country Club. Tee times begin at 8 a.m. Early registration fee (by May 8) is $60 per player or $120 per team. After May 8, the fees are $75 and $150. Cost includes entry fee, greens fees, cart, skins game, coffee and donuts and sleeve of Titleist ProV/x golf balls for each player. Golfers 65 and up will play the gold tees. 10 — Tamer Win Golf and Country Club will conduct its Get Golf Ready Junior Camp beginning June 10. Session 1 is June 10-12. Session 2 is Jube 17-19. Session 3 is July 8-10. 10 — 44th annual On Par With the Best Lawrence County Regional Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing at New Castle Country Club. Cost for a foursome is $750. Individuals are $188. Four-person scramble format. Lunch at 11 a.m., shotgun start at 11:45 a.m. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 5 p.m. Door prizes and a 50/50 drawing are planned. Sponsorship packages are available. 22 — Girard FIRST Robotics Aptiv Team No. 379 will host the RoboCats 19th annual Golf Outing at Mahoning Country Club. Shotgun start at 9 a.m. Cost is $55 per person before May 10, $65 from May 10-June 1, and $75 after June 1. Format is a four-person scramble. A hole-in-one contest is planned with the prize a trip to Hawaii. Fee includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and beverages. Prizes will be given.
