Trey Giannini, Jake Lawrence, and Alarik Sierra all went 1 for 3 with an RBI for Austintown Fitch. Devin Higginbotham threw the complete game, allowing just three hits and striking out six for the Falcons. Warren Harding stats were not reported.

HUBBARD
Jake Gehring struck out 13 in a complete-game win for the Raiders. Gehring allowed five hits and walked two. Joey Barr struck out six while allowing four hits and four walks in a complete game for the Eagles. Trey Pancake hit a double for South Range (6-1, 4-1 Northeast 8) and Evan Jarvis doubled for the Eagles (5-6, 2-3).

Braeden O’Shaughnessy had three hits including a triple and drove in a run. Winning pitcher Braden Olson tossed a five-hitter, striking out seven and walking none. He had three hits and scored twice. MJ Farber had two hits. For Lakeview, Brandon Kilpatrick had two hits and N. Demonica doubled.
Niles 19, Struthers 3
STRUTHERS
Niles broke the game open with a four-run second inning and an eight-run third to lead 13-3. David Mays went 3 for 4 with four RBIs for Niles. Zack Leonard and Nick Guarnieri drove in three runs each. Chase Sudzina and Joe Gallo both drove in a pair of runs. Corbin Foy allowed three runs on five hits and six walks for the Red Dragons. Foy struck out six in five innings pitched. Robert Tomko took the loss, allowing 10 runs — five earned — on five hits and three walks. Billy Opritza drove in all three runs for the Wildcats.

GIRARD
Braydon Freeland went 2 for 4 with a pair of RBIs for Girard. Brady Hunkus, Nick DeGregory, Anthony Cortese and Jayden Maggs drove in one run each for the Indians. Gary Ghiz had two RBIs while Braydon Throop and Chase Sparks each drove in a run. Sparks too the loss for the Falcons, allowing five runs on six hits and three walks in 12/3 innings pitched. Freeland got the win, allowing one run on five hits and two walks in four innings.

BERLIN CENTER
Devin Sirota made a leaping grab in left field to kill Western Reserve’s rally in the seventh. Heartland Christian (4-1) lead 9-0 heading into the bottom of the sixth inning. Caleb Graft was the winning pitcher, giving up no runs, one hit and two walks through the first five innings, striking out five. Aaron Gault hit two doubles and Tom Kling hit a triple. Cody Wise had two hits and an RBI for Western Reserve (5-1). Wise took the loss for the Blue Devils.
McDonald 8, Badger 3
KINSMAN
Anthony Tamburro’s two hits included a double and drove in three runs for the Blue Devils. Tyler Tamburro had two hits, two RBIs and two runs scored. Tanner Matig had four hits. For the Braves, T. Steh had two hits.

Tyler Hurd (3-0) tossed a one-hitter, striking out six for the Rebels (7-2, All-American Conference Blue). Devin Turvey hit two doubles and drove in a run. Keith Berger drove in three runs and Ryan Sherrill two. Mikial Torres had the lone hit for Campbell.

Nick Rich threw a five-inning 1-hitter, striking out five and walking one. Jeremy Seka and Frankie Prozy each had a hit and Aaren Landis had two RBIs for Jackson-Milton (3-5). East’s Carlos Rosa broke up the no-hit bid.

Logan Bell (2-0) allowed three hits and two runs over six innings. He drove in a run with a sacrifice fly for the Blue Devils (3-5, 3-2 Mahoning Valley Athletic Conference). Justin Sweeney earned the save and had two hits. For the Clippers, Evan Kenneally, Matt Mazei, Erik Hopfenziz and Brady Dixon had hits, with Mazei driving in a run. Chase Franken (2-1) allowed three hits and struck put seven.

Zach Rhodanz tossed a three-hit shutout, striking out 15 and walking two for the Blue Devils (5-1). Adam Wibert, Jake Miller and Jackson Iceman each had two hits. The latter two had doubles. For Pymatuning Valley, Robert Verba doubled.

Nick Church got the win for Bristol in relief. Jake Eye struck out nine while taking the loss for Windham and had three hits at the plate.

Abby Brown and Jenna Chmelik each had two singles and drove in a pair. Lainie Simons hit a double with an RBI and Kayla Kelty had two singles. Karlie Hileman hit a double and Kennedy Rose had a hit for Warren Harding. KaiLi Gross threw a one-hitter to improve to 3-0 and lift Poland to 8-0. Gross struck out seven, had zero walks and the lone run was unearned. At the plate, she hit a two-run home run. Emily Denny was 4 for 4 with four RBIs. Brooke Bobbey and Lauren Sienkiewicz had three and two hits, respectively. Lakeview’s Cait Kelm broke up the no-hitter with a single.

Campbell scored a run in the top of the first inning. Crestview scored eight runs and sent 13 batters to the plate in the bottom of the first. Skyler Mattern had two singles, a double and two RBIs. Haley Eskra had three singles and an RBI. Baylie Bettura, Shianna Mathes and Olivia Strank each had two hits. Maria Koullias had a hit for the Red Devils. Kayla Deily picked up the win for the Rebels (11-2) striking out six while giving up three hits and two walks.

Katie Mitchell pitched three innings, allowing two hits and striking out four. Reliever Spencer Christopher allowed two hits and struck out one. Chelsea Williams and Camryn Mitchell had two hits.
