Reflexology program set at library

The Salem Public Library will host a reflexology program at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Quaker Room, 821 E. State St. Roberta Spaulding of Austintown, a certified reflexologist since 2009, will speak. Reflexology is a holistic health modality that offers relief from symptoms associated with various health concerns. Although reflexology does not cure medical issues, it can relieve pain associated with stress, poor circulation and more. Registration is required and may be done online at www.salem.lib.oh.us or by calling 330-332-0042 for assistance. This program is open to the public and free to attend. Wellness Wednesday programs take place on the second Wednesday of each month and provide information on topics of health and well-being.
