Clayton Nezbeth and John Slike each had three hits including a double, and two RBIs for the Tigers (6-0). Chris Thompson added a single and a double while Drew Clark got the win on the mound. Blake Reynolds had three hits for the Blue Devils, including a double and his first varsity home run. Logan Bell added two singles to surpass 100 hits for his career. Tyler Toot singled and double for Lisbon (2-5). Springfield hosts Garretsville Garfield and East Palestine in a three-team doubleheader today, with the first game set for 10:30 a.m.
Columbiana 6, Struthers 4
COLUMBIANA
Chase Franken led the Clippers (3-2) with two hits including a double and two walks. Ryan Fahs added a double and three RBIs. The game was called after six innings because of darkness and slippery field conditions. Evan Kenneally (1-0) got the start and pitched four solid innings. He gave up one run on three. Matt Mazei and Seth Ross followed Kenneally to the mound, with Ross recording save. Columbiana hosts Western Reserve today at 2 p.m.
Warren JFK 10, Warren Harding 0
WARREN
Gavin Shrum limited Harding to three hits and a walk in five innings. Shrum took a no-hitter into the fourth inning before Harding’s Jordan Adkins broke the no-no with a single. Cameron Hollobaugh and Jordan Edmundson each doubled for the Eagles.
Hubbard 11, Brookfield 1
HUBBARD
Jamie Thomson was 4 for 4 with a double and Evan Jarvis hit a double and had four RBIs. Lukas Mosora added three RBIs. Nate Bencetic gave up six hits, two walks and had five strikeouts in four innings to get the win. John Hiner went 2 for 2 for Brookfield.
Niles 10, Jackson-Milton 0
NILES
Zack Leonard threw a five-inning no-hitter and struck out eight for Niles. Leonard helped his own cause with a double, five RBIs anda run scored. Dillon Weida, Chase Sudzina and Nick Guarnieri drove in one run each. Frankie Prozy took the loss for the Blue Jays, allowing five unearned runs on five hits and a strikeout.
Chagrin Falls 3, Lakeview 2
CHAGRIN FALLS
Chagrin Falls scored the go-ahead run in the bottom of the sixth inning. Tigers starter Jack McMullen allowed two runs on five hits and a walk in five innings pitched. Dawson Pierce earned the win, throwing three innings of one-hit ball. Jack Amendola, Charlie Greenlief and Andrew Kirkpatrick drove in runs for the Tigers. Brendon Kilpatrick drove in both runs for the Bulldogs — one on an RBI double and the other on a sacrifice fly. Lakeview starter Clay Lazzari allowed two runs on seven hits and four walks. Lazzari struck out two in five innings of work. Kilpatrick took the loss, allowing the go-ahead run on two walks and a hit.

RAVENNA
David Cunningham struck out six in a complete game for West Branch. Cunningham allowed two unearned runs on two hits and a walk. Tanner Egli and Cole Bates each had two hits and three RBIs each for the Warriors (4-3). Egli hit a double. Austin Ranker allowed six runs on six hits and six walks for the Pirates. Ranker struck out three in six innings.
Mathews 12, Leetonia 1
LEETONIA
Hunter Schoenfield threw a one-hitter in five innings for Mathews (4-1). Adam Wilbert led the Mustangs with three hits. Brandon Smith, Jake Miller and Jake Williams each had two hits. Dylan Lennon struck out four and walked five while taking the loss for Leetonia.

Ursuline 8, Springfield 4
YOUNGSTOWN
Destiny Goodnight went 4 for 4 to lead the unbeaten Irish (6-0) over the Tigers. She hit a home run and had two RBIs. Maris Barbato tripled and homered and Emma Ericson singled and doubled. Winning pitcher Emily Holland scattered four hits and gave up four unearned runs while hitting a double, triple and two RBIs. Julia Nutter also added a triple for the Irish. Ursuline will host the 13th annual JoAnne Kernan Strikeout Cancer Memorial today at YSU’s Covelli Sports Complex. Today’s schedule includes: Ursuline vs. Edgewood (10 a.m.), Springfield vs. Edgewood (noon), Springfield vs. Geneva 2 p.m. and Ursuline vs. Geneva (4 p.m.).

Victoria Tedesco went 3 for 4 including a double for Mineral Ridge. Ariel Laneve struck out four to get the win and had two RBIs at the plate. No stats were reported for Warren Harding.

KINSMAN
Hunter Bengala struck out the side to open the game for Badger in the win. Ashlee Lennox allowed one unearned run on a hit and a walk over the remaining four innings. Lennox finished with six strikeouts. Bronwyn Clark, Samantha Pykare, and Isabelle Emery drove in three runs each for the Braves. Emily Sneizik and Alexis Melvin had two RBIs each. Janna Jackson allowed 21 runs — 15 earned — on nine hits, seven walks and hit seven batters in four innings.
Crestview 15, Leetonia 1
EAST FAIRFIELD
The Rebels spotted the Bears a 1-0 lead in the top of the first, but Crestview (8-2) dominated the rest of the way. McKenna Schultz, Haley Eskra and Olivia Strank each had three hits. Schultz had three RBIs and Eskra and Strank each had two RBIs. Taryn Ferry had the only hit for Leetonia. Schultz picked up her first win of the season. Crestview will visit East Liverpool for a noon doubleheader today.
Lordstown 12, Western Reserve 6
BERLIN CENTER
Alaina Welsch singled and hit a solo home run and Morgan Donithan singled, doubled and drove in three runs in the Blue Devils’ loss. Jasmine Phillips also doubled in a run for Western Reserve. Lordstown details were not reported.
