Thursday: The Warren JFK graduate shot a 2-under 70 in the first round of the Valero Texas Open in San Antonio, Texas. Kokrak is tied for 33rd with 18 others and is four shots off the leader, Si Woo Kim. His round included two birdies, two bogeys and an eagle on the par-5 18.

Today: Kokrak tees off at 12:10 p.m. His playing partners are Scott Brown and J.J. Spaun.
