“The Amazing Human Body” (8 p.m., PBS): The first of three hourlong episodes of this mini-documentary series that explores the internal mechanics of the human body. Pioneering graphics and case studies are used to shed light on the body’s finely tuned systems.

“I Feel Bad” (10 p.m., NBC): The pilot of this sitcom about a mom who is learning that it’s OK to not be perfect.

Photo exhibition at Whirl’d gallery

WARREN

“Warren: Then & Now,” a photo exhibition, will open Saturday at Beautiful Whirl’d, 141 W. Market St., downtown, with a reception from 5 to 7 p.m.

The exhibition, which is part of Warren Homecoming Weekend, shows 20 resident-submitted photos alongside the same scene as it is today. Admission is free.

Globetrotters coming to Covelli

YOUNGSTOWN

The Harlem Globetrotters will return to Covelli Centre on Jan. 11.

Tickets are $30, $36, $43, $53, $68 and $88 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Oct. 3 at ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000 and at the Covelli box office.

A ticket presale will take place online only from 10 a.m. Sept. 25 to 11:59 p.m. Oct. 2. Use the password “Amazing.”

Bob Seger coming to The Q arena

Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band will launch a final tour that will include a concert at Quicken Loans Arena on Dec. 6.

Tickets go onsale at 10 a.m. Sept. 28 at TheQArena.com. Opening act is Grand Funk Railroad.

Canine carnival at Boardman Park

BOARDMAN

Howl-O-Ween Canine Carnival will take place from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Lariccia bocce court at Boardman Park.

The event will include a doggy costume contest, 4H demonstrations, dog rescue agencies, food and vendors.
