Police: Boardman woman fears neighbor killed her cats

BOARDMAN — A woman told township police Monday night to allege that her neighbor killed her four cats, according to police reports.

The woman told police she asked her neighbor where her four outdoor cats have been, because she had not seen them recently. The neighbor replied that her cats ate poison causing them to have seizures “so she drowned them to end their suffering.”

Police sent the report to the county Dog Warden Office.
