GARDEN CLUBS

THURSDAY

Mignonette Garden Club will meet at noon at O’Charley’s Restaurant on Windham Court in Boardman. The group will visit WKBN TV-27 at 1:30 p.m. at 3930 Sunset Blvd., Boardman, to learn about the weather and for a tour of the station. Hostess will be Dottie Bodnar, and guests are welcome.

SATURDAY

Gleaners Garden Club will not meet this month. All members are encouraged to participate in the Garden Forum Flower Show that will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Fellows Riverside Gardens.

Sunflower Garden Club will meet at 1 p.m. to appoint a nominating committee and to discuss garden journals. Hazel Howell will present, and Gladys Burnett will be the hostess.
