Fortnightly IV will meet at 7 p.m. for a discussion, “What’s New at the Library.” Deborah Liptak, development director of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, will speak. Hostess will be Barb Geller, and co-hostesses will be Mary Alice Boyd and Dottie Bodnar. Lisa Orlando is the facilitator.
