Giovannis mark 50 years with private party

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Giovanni of Lowellville recently celebrated their 50th anniversary surrounded by their family.

The couple’s children are Robert (Allyson) Giovanni Jr. of Lowellville; and Michelle (Joan Renyard) Giovanni, also of Lowellville. Three grandchildren complete their family.

Mr. Giovanni married the former Sherry Esarco on Aug. 31, 1968, at Holy Name Church in Youngstown.

Mrs. Giovanni was a nurse at various locations in area hospitals.

Mr. Giovanni worked for Falcon Foundry and was self-employed and the owner of Giovanni’s Auto until he retired.

The couple are members of golf leagues and belong to Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Lowellville.
