Library committee to meet Sept. 11

YOUNGSTOWN

The Nominating Committee of the Board of Trustees, Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, will meet at 8:30 a.m. next Tuesday in the Main Library Meeting Room. (Note: Main Library does not open until 9 a.m., so attendees are asked to use the staff entrance in the rear of Main Library).

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss regulations and priorities for Library Board composition.

First Friday Club of Greater Youngstown Luncheon Speaker Series will welcome the Rev. Bob Bonnot from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday to The Georgetown, 5945 South Ave.

Rev. Bonnot, Pastor Emeritus of Christ Our Savior Parish in Struthers, will speak on “What Kind of Priest was Jesus? What Kind of Priests Are We?” Cost is $18 and reservations are limited. Call 330-720-4498 with questions or to make a reservation.
