Kenzies observe 50th anniversary at dinner

YOUNGSTOWN

Mr. and Mrs. L. Keith Kenzie of Naples, Fla., and Youngstown, were honored Aug. 4 at a dinner celebration marking their golden wedding anniversary at The Upstairs Restaurant in Austintown.

Hosts for the event were the couple’s children, Bryan Kenzie of Naples and Kimberly Bernardo of Painesville. Four grandchildren complete their family.

The former Dianne L. Dickson and Mr. Kenzie were married Aug. 3, 1968, at Mahoning Methodist Church in Youngstown.

Mrs. Kenzie worked as superintendant of the Trumbull Career & Technical Center in Champion until retiring in 2002.

Her husband retired in 1998 from General Motors Corp. in Lordstown where he was the body shop coordinator. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps, including 14 months in Viet Nam.

The Kenzies are members of West Austintown First United Methodist Church.
