Margaret Mangino of Austintown and Jerrod McQuown of Poland were married Dec. 30, 2017, at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown during a 2 p.m. ceremony solemnized by the Rev. Peter M. Polando. A reception took place that evening at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown.

Adrian Mangino of Niles and Lauren Mangino of Austintown are the bride’s parents.

The groom is a son of Jerry and Christine McQuown of Poland.

An ivory, long-sleeved gown adorned with floral beads and embroidered lace was worn by the bride. It was designed with an illusion bateau neckline, low open back and cascading tiered skirt with horsehair trim.

The maid of honor was Angela Stana. Jaclyn DiDomenico; Allison St. George; Marissa Chiaro, cousin of the groom; Melissa Mangino, sister-in-law of the bride; Maddy Giancola; Bethany Horvath; and Erin McBride were bridesmaids. The junior bridesmaids were Emma Mangino, cousin of the bride, and Olivia Spencer, cousin of the groom. Mia Ricchiuti, cousin of the groom, was the flower girl.

The attendants wore wine-colored dresses.

Jason McQuown, brother of the groom, served as best man. The groomsmen were Tony Chiaro, Jonah Spencer and Anthony Smaldino, cousins of the groom; Michael Timlin; Matthew Rubesa; Angelo Catullo; Collin Syphard; and Buck Marakas. Vincent Mangino, cousin of the bride, was the ring bearer.

Mrs. Mangino graduated from Walsh University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at Akron Children’s Hospital Boardman.

Mr. Mangino earned a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University . He is employed in the building products department at Liberty Steel Products in North Jackson.

The couple honeymooned in Florida and reside in Poland.
