Increasing sewer rates recommended in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN

A firm that examined the city’s sewer rates is recommending an 8-percent annual increase for its sewer customers for the next five years.

Arcadia, an international firm that did the study, is giving its findings tonight to city council.
