Artist lecture at McDonough
Staff report
YOUNGSTOWN
Contemporary artist Diana Cooper will give a free lecture at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday in the auditorium of the McDonough Museum, on the Youngstown State University campus.
The New York-based Cooper is known for her hybrid works combining drawing, painting, sculpture, photography and installation. Her early works on paper and canvas were based on doodling, while later work became more three-dimensional and incorporated sculptural elements that evoked images of systems and technology.
