Ellie Accordino scored twice for Canfield in its sectional championship. Chloe Kalina and Marissa Ieraci each had assits. GlenOak goalkeeper Maya Bhatia had 12 saves and Canfield goalie Lauren Slanker made two stops. The Cardinals will play Uniontown Lake on Monday in a district semifinal.

HOWLAND
Lexi Saunders scored the winning goal in the second overtime to help Mooney(11-3-4) advance to the district semifinals. Bre Evans also scored a goal for the Cardinals. Bella Merlo scored the only goal for the Tigers. Mooney will take on Salem Monday in a district semifinal.

Aleisha Plott scored a brace and Ella Crum added a goal for top-seeded Grand Valley. Madi Takacs made three saves to preserve the victory. Faith Hartman made 11 saves for LaBrae.
