Beyond Expectations South Bridge Therapy & Learning Center, 725 Boardman-Canfield Road., E-1, will host its 7th annual Trick Nor Treat candy-free Halloween event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday for children with food allergies, special diets or parents of children who don’t want more sugar. Things Remembered to host job fair

NORTH JACKSON

Things Remembered, at its North Jackson Fulfillment Center, 500 S. Bailey Road, will host a job fair from 9 a.m. to noon Sunday. The company is hiring seasonal employees for first, second and third shifts with full-time and part-time positions available, plus weekends-only shifts. There are openings in all departments.

Interested job seekers should bring two valid forms of identification and be prepared to go through the application, interview and onboarding processes all on Sunday. Seasonal employees are paid weekly and earn up to $10.80 per hour. Additionally, they receive comprehensive training, discounts on all Things Remembered merchandise and are eligible for exclusive employee-only sales and corporate activities.

Church to host family movie night

Redeemer Lutheran Church is sponsoring a free quarterly family movie night. The first movie “Homeward Bound - An Incredible Journey” will be shown Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the church in the Fellowship Hall, 2305 S. Canfield-Niles Road. Admission is free and there will be free popcorn, snacks and drinks. The movie is rated “G” for general audiences.
