Eastbound lanes of Himrod Expressway shuttered by crash

YOUNGSTOWN — The eastbound lanes of the Himrod Avenue Expressway at Wilson Avenue remain closed after a tractor trailer overturned there early this afternoon.

A spokesman for the police department said he did not know when the lanes would reopen.
