Rob and Mary Beth Metzger of Newton Falls are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Amelia Metzger of Newton Falls, to Tyler Ralston of Tallmadge.

The couple will be united in marriage Feb. 16, 2019, during a ceremony at Damascus Friends Church in Damascus. A reception will take place that evening at Drakes Landing Banquet Center in Canfield. Invitations will be issued for both events.

The bride-elect is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in education from Walsh University.

The prospective groom is a crane operator at TR Crane and Towing in Ravenna.
