Austintown woman reports car stolen

AUSTINTOWN

A woman who said she accidentally left her keys inside her vehicle overnight reported it was stolen.

The woman told police she had been removing property from the car just past midnight Tuesday at her Rita Avenue home. She said she believes she left the keys in the vehicle when she turned in for the night. She noticed the car was missing about 1 p.m. Wednesday. The vehicle is a 2008 maroon Hyundai Sonata, according to a police report. Detectives are investigating.
