The Campanas celebrate their 65th anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Robert T. Campana celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary surrounded by family and friends. The couple’s children, David (Mary Ellen) Campana of Canfield and Loreta (Robert) Lape of Boardman, hosted the event. They are also the parents of Mark Campana of Millville, Minn.

Sixteen grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren complete their family.

Mr. Campana married the former Regina C. Buser on July 16, 1953, at St. Rose Church in Girard.

Mrs. Campana was the secretary at St. Stanilaus School until she retired in 1986.

Her husband retired in 1993 from Gateway Transportation and St. Johnsbury Trucking Co. where he was a tractor/trailer driver. He is a lifelong member of the Teamsters and a U.S. Army veteran.

The couple are members of St. Michael Church in Canfield.
