Youngstown Council authorizes 4 million loan agreement to fund amphitheater

YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown City Council authorized a $4 million loan agreement with the Department of Housing and Urban Development for use in building the downtown amphitheater. 

The ordinance passed Wednesday repealed and replaced a similar ordinance passed earlier in the month.
