Easterseals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

Wednesday, Nov. 14: Cheeseburger, sour cream and chive potato wedges, mixed vegetables, applesauce, cookie and milk

Thursday, Nov. 15: Jumbo beef ravioli, Italian vegetables, broccoli, pears, wheat bread, cookie and chocolate milk

Friday, Nov. 16: Beef stew, corn, green beans, juice, bread, cookie and milk

Monday, Nov. 19: Macaroni and cheese, green beans, diced carrots, applesauce, bread, cookie and milk

Tuesday, Nov. 20: Nachos grande, tater tots, corn, peaches, cookie and milk

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at seven locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or older. Reservations must be made two working days in advance by 2 p.m. There is no income requirement. Donations are accepted for meals. To make a reservation or for information, call 330-675-2486. The office is at 2959 Youngstown Road SE, Warren.

Wednesday, Nov. 14: White chicken chili, whole-grain biscuit with margarine, corn, tossed salad with Italian dressing, warm peaches, fruited or sugar-free gelatin and milk

Thursday, Nov. 15: Burgundy meatballs with mushroom sauce over egg noodles, dinner roll with margarine, peas, carrots, mandarin oranges, regular or sugar-free pudding and milk

Friday, Nov. 16: Hot ham and cheese sandwich with whole-grain ciabatta bun, mustard, sweet potatoes, broccoli, fresh fruit, sherbet or graham crackers and milk

Monday, Nov. 19: Country-fried chicken with gravy, whole-grain biscuit with margarine, whipped potatoes, peas and carrots, fresh fruit, regular or sugar-free gelatin and milk

Tuesday, Nov. 20: Hawaiian pork chop, wheat bread with margarine, blended rice pilaf, island blend vegetables, sweet & sour coleslaw, cinnamon applesauce, ice cream or vanilla wafers and milk
