Stephanie Jane Michel of South Park, Pa., became the bride of Jeffrey John Appod, also of South Park, at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 6 during a ceremony at Cherry Grove Pier in North Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Parents of the newlyweds are Rodger and Mariann Michel of Finleyville, Pa., and Jeffrey and Patricia Appod of McDonald.

Richard Crout officiated, and a reception followed at California Dreaming Restaurant. The couple honeymooned in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and live in South Park.

Brittnie Richards served as maid of honor, and best man was Joseph Appod, the groom’s brother.

Mrs. Appod is employed as an accountant with Jordan Tax Service in Peters Township, Pa.

Her husband is a pharmacy clinical review specialist with Rx Partners in Bridgeville, Pa.
