Post offices closed Monday for Veterans Day

YOUNGSTOWN — Post offices will be closed Monday in observance of the Veterans Day holiday.

Only Priority Mail Express and parcels will be delivered that day.

On Tuesday, normal mail delivery operations will resume and post offices will reopen.
