ELECTION UPDATE | Youngstown charter amendments lead, fracking failing

YOUNGSTOWN - With early voting and 12 percent of precincts reporting the two Youngstown charter amendments to get rid of term limits for council members and council president are each ahead by 9 percentage points.

The anti-fracking charter amendment is losing by about 11 percentage points.
