COLUMBIANA

With 44 of 87 precincts counted in Columbiana County, incumbent Bill Johnson has a commanding lead of nearly 70 percent in the 6th Congressional district over Democrat Shawna Roberts, and Mike Halleck is leading Democrat Raymond A. Wagner for county commissioner with 62 percent to about 38 percent.
