ELECTION UPDATE | Issue 1, some Columbiana levies heading toward rejection

Liquor sales options are all passing in Columbiana County, along but Beaver, Crestview and West Branch school levies are slightly behind with 83 of 87 precincts counted.

The children services levy also is losing with 52 percent rejecting it, as is State Issue 1, with about 80 percent voting against the measure.
