ELECTION UPDATE | Halleck leads big in Columbiana Co. commissioner race

LISBON — Columbiana County Commissioner Mike Halleck, the Republican incumbent, has a large lead over his Democratic Party challenger Raymond A. Wagner Jr. Halleck leads 69 percent to 37 percent with 79 percent of the votes counted countywide.
