COLUMBUS — In the race for 7th District Court of Appeals, incumbent Kathleen Bartlett leads David D'Apolito, 50,512 to 45,178. D'Apolito does lead Bartlett in Mahoning County, but the 7th District includes seven other counties, including Columbiana.
