FARMINGTON, PA.

Brittany Carlon and Daniel McCloud exchanged wedding vows May 26 at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. The ceremony was officiated by Dunnegan McKay.

Parents of the couple are Philip and Barb Carlon of Boardman, Don McCloud of O’Fallon, Mo., and Jeanne Lynn McCloud of Belleview, Fla.

The bride’s mother’s original wedding gown was repurposed for the occasion. It had a sleeveless V-neck bodice embellished with the original Venise lace and hand beading. The cathedral-length veil was detailed with glass beads and trimmed with lace taken from her mother’s veil.

Matrons of honor were the bride’s sisters, Brooke Vaughn and Brianne Rush. Bridesmaids were Tammy Carlon, the bride’s sister-in-law; Caley McCloud, the groom’s sister; Juliana Cala; and Crea Scalzo.

Ryan Joyce, the groom’s cousin, was best man, and groomsmen were Kevin Kitt; Philip Carlon, the bride’s brother; George Clarke; Dunnegan McKay; and Daniel Martin, the groom’s cousin.

Mrs. McCloud graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is a financial services representative at New York Life in Pittsburgh.

Her husband earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Duquesne University and is the account manager for Hydrotechnik USA Inc. in Pittsburgh.

The couple live in Mars, Pa.
