Congressional debate under way in Leavittsburg

LEAVITTSBURG — The final debate between Democratic incumbent U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan of Howland and his Republican challenger Chris DePizzo is underway at LaBrae High School.

The men are vying for the 13th Congressional District seat.
