Made with McCormick Lime, Raspberry and Vanilla Extracts and your favorite bottle of ros , these frozen wine pops are a refreshing treat to be enjoyed all summer long.

1/2cup Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
6tablespoons sugar, divided
1/4teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2bottle ros wine
1cup frozen sliced strawberries
1/2teaspoon McCormick Raspberry Extract
1/8teaspoon McCormick Pure Lime Extract
1/2cup blueberries
Mix coconut milk, 4 tablespoons of the sugar and vanilla in medium bowl until well blended. Divide mixture between 10 popsicle molds or small disposable paper or plastic cups. Freeze 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
Meanwhile, place wine, strawberries, remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and extracts in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture evenly over frozen coconut milk layer in each popsicle mold. Top with blueberries.
Insert a popsicle stick or colorful straw into each mold. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight. (Note: Freezing time may vary according to the size of the popsicle molds.)
Raspberry-Lemon Flavored Frozen Yogurt Dots
A frozen treat that’s easy to make and low in fat and calories. Serve as cool snack, with cereal or fresh fruit, or blend with fruit for a smoothie.

1cup plain yogurt
1/4cup confectioners’ sugar
2teaspoon McCormick Raspberry Extract
1/2teaspoon McCormick Pure Lemon Extract
1drop McCormick Red Food Color
Mix yogurt and confectioners’ sugar in small bowl. Stir in raspberry flavor, lemon extract and food color until well blended. Spoon into medium piping bag or resealable plastic bag with small piece cut off from one of the bottom corners. Pipe penny-size dots onto metal baking pan.
Freeze 1 hour or until frozen. For easier storage, lift frozen dots from pan and place in resealable plastic container. Store in freezer. Serve yogurt dots over fresh berries, if desired.
