A Special Wish Foundation receives donation

Home Savings recently donated a check for $5,000 to A Special Wish Foundation – Upper Ohio Valley Chapter. The funds will be used to grant wishes to children up to age 21 who have been diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses in the Upper Ohio Valley throughout the year. The foundation grants many kinds of wishes, including swimming pools, sensory rooms, birthday parties, shopping sprees, visits to friends or relatives, amusements parks, Disney World or celebrity meet-and-greets.
