Meghan Huzicka, Michael Draia plan fall nuptials

William and Mary Ann Huzicka of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Megan Huzicka, to Michael Draia, both of Boardman. The prospective groom’s parents are Geraldine Draia of Boardman and the late Jack Draia.

The ceremony will take place at noon Oct. 6 at St. Christine Church in Youngtown, and a reception will follow at The Embassy in Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for both events.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in early-childhood education and is a receptionist at FiNet in Boardman.

Mr. Draia graduated from Kent State University with an associate degree in physical therapy and is a physical-therapy assistant at Briarfield Manor in Austintown.
