Comedian Tom Cotter in Valley for three shows

Comedian Tom Cotter, who was runner-up in the 2012 season of NBC competition show “America’s Got Talent,” will come to the Valley this weekend for three shows.

Performances will be at 8 p.m. Friday, and 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Saturday, at the Comedy Cellar at Mojo’s Pub, 6292 Mahoning Ave., Austintown. Tickets are $25 (dinner packages are also available); call 330-793-6656 or go to mojospubngrill.com.

Cotter, who was asked back on “AGT” in 2013, has racked up many television and radio credits, including “The Tonight Show,” “Last Comic Standing,” his own “Comedy Central Presents... Tom

Cotter,” “The Howard Stern Show” and multiple appearance on CBS’ “The Late Late Show.”

Cotter is also a regular on Fox News Channel’s “Red Eye” and recently co-starred on an episode of CBS’ “The Good Wife.”

He recently released his first book, “Bad Dad: A Guide to Pitiful Parenting” (Willow Street Press, 2016), a collection of jokes, gags, one-liners and pithy bad advice for fed-up parents everywhere.

Cotter has also lent his voice to television commercials for MTV, Pepsi, McDonald’s, Chevrolet and Converse.
