The Emperor’s New Clothes.” Trinity Fellowship church, 4749 South Ave., 330-782-9051, 7 p.m. May 28 and 29. Performance dates are July 6, 7, 13 and 14. The cast needed includes: Chester the Jester: Baritone, preferably someone who can juggle, dance and do cart-wheels; Maxamillion The Emperor: Baritone, must be able to move with some dance ability; Carlotta the Least the Empress: Belt voice or Alto, tap dancing or soft shoe preferred; Sinister the Prime Minister: Character actor/actress; Lady Winifred: Soprano, comically stuffy character actress; Sir Ivan: Baritone, character actor; Royal Harold: Baritone/alto character actor/actress; 1st Stranger/Mr. Stitch: Tenor or baritone, some soft shoe experience would be helpful, 2 major solos with second stranger; 2nd Stranger/Mr. or Mrs. Sew, these two characters are much a take off on the old vaudeville teams; Verity: a scullery maid ingenue soprano.
