Oozing with gooey chili cheese and spicy McCormick Original Chili Seasoning Mix flavor, this is the meal summer dreams are made of! Pile burger and French fries on a toasty bun and top with chili cheese sauce.

1/2bag (from 2 pound bag) frozen French fries

1package McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix, Original, divided

11/2pounds lean ground beef

6hamburger rolls

8ounces prepared cheese product, such as Velveeta, cubed

1can (41/2 ounces) chopped green chiles, undrained

1/4cup sour cream

2tablespoons milk

Bake fries as directed on package. Meanwhile, mix 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning Mix with ground beef in bowl until well blended. Shape into 6 patties.

Grill burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature of 160 degrees). Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds or until golden, if desired.

Mix prepared cheese product, green chiles, sour cream, milk and remaining Seasoning Mix in medium microwavable bowl until blended. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave 1 minute longer or until heated through. Stir until smooth.

Serve burgers on rolls topped with fries and cheese sauce.

Mushroom and Swiss Stuffed Burgers

Saut ed mushrooms and onion with a little Swiss cheese are stuffed in hamburger patties to create an exciting twist on a classic flavor combo.

1tablespoon butter

2cups sliced mushrooms

1/4cup finely chopped onion

11/2pounds lean ground beef

1tablespoon McCormick Grill Mates

Hamburger Seasoning

1/3cup shredded Swiss cheese

6hamburger rolls

Heat butter in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook and stir 4 minutes or until mushrooms have softened. Cool completely.

Mix ground beef and Hamburger Seasoning. Measure twelve (1/4 cup) portions of beef. Shape into thin 4-inch round patties. Place about 1 tablespoon each of the mushroom mixture and cheese in center of each of 6 patties. Top with remaining hamburger patties, pinching edges to seal filling. If necessary, lightly flatten with spatula.

Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160 degrees). Serve burgers on toasted rolls with desired toppings and condiments.
