Alice Cooper coming to Packard

Alice Cooper will return to the Mahoning Valley for a Halloween season concert Oct. 27 at Packard Music Hall. Comedy show at Madden’s Bar

Jon Huff and Next Level Comedy will present a comedy show at 9 p.m. Friday at Madden’s Bar and Grill, 5154 Youngstown Warren Road. Admission is $10. The headliner will be Big Chevy, with Marcus Martin, Joe McCormick, Alex K, Will Hopkins and Shane Herman. Huff will be the host.

A Day Out with Thomas: Big Adventures Tour 2018 will take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad at Boston Mills. Children can participate in Thomas & Friends-themed activities on the 30-minute ride, take a picture with Sir Topham Hatt, and enjoy outdoor activities. Children will also receive a Passport to Adventures booklet to track their journey, along with a special prize upon completion.

Rides depart every hour, rain or shine. Gates open at 9 a.m. Free parking is available at the site. Departures run from 9:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. each day.
