Woman just home from sober house found dead in Warren

WARREN

A Garden Street Northwest woman called 911 at 5:05 a.m. Wednesday to report that her female partner, 37, had died overnight.

The caller told police the deceased woman was a recovering drug addict who had just moved from a sober house into the Garden Street residence.

The woman’s body was taken to the Trumbull County morgue. Her death did not meet criteria for further investigation, police said.

The caller said she had gone to sleep about 10 p.m. after talking to the woman, who seemed OK. The caller said she didn’t know what time the other woman died.
