Renovation begins on historic Glenwood apartments

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. broke ground today to mark the beginning of renovation work at 650 Clearmount Drive, a four-unit, brick apartment complex built in 1928.

The project is expected to take six months and all four units will be available for rent.
