Very Vanilla Fruit Salad

Refreshing fruit salad is welcome anytime – serve at brunch, at dessert or snack time, or bring to a potluck.

2 cups strawberries, halved

1 cup blueberries

1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks

1 cup cantaloupe chunks

2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

2 teaspoons McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract

Mix fruit and vanilla in large bowl. Cover.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Cinnamon Spiced Coffee

Cinnamon Coffee is a delightful finale to a great meal. If you’re pressed for time, skip dessert and serve this coffee instead. Ground cinnamon adds a new dimension to the flavor and you can cap it off with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

3/4 cup ground dark roast coffee, (regular or decaffeinated)

1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

2 tablespoons McCormick Cinnamon, Ground

1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract

6 cups water

Place coffee, sugar and cinnamon in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Place vanilla in empty pot of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker; brew as directed.

Pour into serving cups. Garnish with whipped cream and additional cinnamon, if desired.

RASPBERRY ICED TEA

For a refreshing, summertime drink, add a hint of raspberry flavor to your favorite iced tea.

1 quart prepared iced tea
