ELECTION UPDATE | Precinct votes turn tide to narrowly passing for Howland schools

The latest set of election results, now totaling 39 of the 158 Trumbull County precincts, shows the Howland school levy now passing by a slim margin, reversing totals that came in from absentee voters only. Those results had the 5.9 mill levy losing 56.5 percent to 43.5 percent.
