FRIDAY’S PREP RESULTS

SOFTBALL

In the top of the first, Haley Eskra walked, stole second base and scored off a Trinity Boston RBI single. Crestview (1-1) led 2-0 to end the inning. In the top of the second, Eskra hit a two-out inside-the-park home run to go up 3-1. Olivia Strank, Skyler Mattern and Taylor Mellington added singles. For Lakeview, Clarissa Dimaria went 3-for-4. MacKenzie Daub had five strikeouts, a walk and gave up six hits for the win.
BASEBALL
Lisbon 4, Jackson-Milton 3, 8 innings
KENT
Josh Entrikin had two hits to lead the Lisbon offense. Logan Bell and Garret Cox added a hit and an RBI each for the Blue Devils. Cox was also the winning pitcher, striking out two batters. Sebastian Lay pitched six innings and had 13 strikeouts for Jackson-Milton. Luke Campbell led the Blue Jays offense with two RBIs.
Sebring 8, Heartland Christian 7, 8 innings
SEBRING
Josh Hammond had two hits and four RBI to lead Sebring on offense. Brandon Gray added two hits, two runs, and two RBIs for the Trojans. Tom Kling and Aaron Gault had two RBIs each for Heartland Christian.
