UPDATE | Patrol seeks information on I-80 shooting

AUSTINTOWN

One driver was shot in an incident at about 4:45 p.m. Thursday that occurred on Interstate 80 near Interstate 680.

Troopers from the Canfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol are asking anyone who witnessed the shooting or has information to contact OSHP at 330-533-6866 or by dialing #677.

The suspect, described as a black male in his mid- to late 20’s and wearing a beanie, was driving a 2003 to 2005 dark blue Chevrolet Trailblazer with window tint. The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
