Regush. Peeters power Phantoms

Two first-period goals by Mike Regush led the Youngstown Phantoms to a 3-0 road win over the Lincoln Stars on Friday night.
Regush opened the scoring with 6:41 left in the first period.
Not even two minutes later Regush scored again for his second goal of the night and 17th of the season.
Jack Malone finished with a goal and an assist. His score midway through the third put the Phantoms (29-18-5-1) up 3-0 lead and put the game out of reach.
Michael Joyaux had two assists and Chase Gresock had an assist.
Wouter Peeters picked up the Phantoms’ third shutout in their last four games.
The Phantoms have won seven out of their last eight games.
The Phantoms, second in the USHL Eastern Conference, have 64 points and are six points ahead of the Muskegon Lumberjacks.
The Stars (29-11-1-1) had their 10-game winning streak snapped. Lincoln hadn’t lost since Feb. 18.
