SHS to host mattress fundraiser

The second annual Struthers High School mattress fundraiser will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the middle school, 800 Fifth St. Parents and community members are invited to browse the mobile showroom, which features more than 25 brand name mattress styles. Mattresses range in size from twin to king, and attendees can save up to 50 percent off retail price. Adjustable beds, luxury pillows and mattress protectors also will be available as well as free layaway and delivery options. For information, contact Nancy Knight 330-750-1062. Columbiana Public Library, 332 N. Middle St., will read spring stories and fill a stuffed frog from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Saturday. Children age 4 to 8 are welcome with a caregiver. Cost is $5 and class is limited. For information, call 330-482-5509 or stop at the library.
