Thursday: The Warren JFK graduate shot a 1-over par 72 in the first round of the Valspar Championship in Palm Harbor, Fla. Kokrak’s round included three birdies, two bogeys and a double-bogey 7 on the par-5 No. 14 at the Innisbrook Resort’s Copperhead Course. He is tied for 48th place, five shots behind leader Corey Conners.

Today: Kokrak tees off at 12:02 p.m. His playing partners are Luke List and Patrick Rodgers.
