Hours will be adjusted at the Austintown library, Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County system, to accommodate a half-day staff training session on March 7. The library will be closed in the morning and will open for business from 1-9 p.m. that day.
All other libraries in the PLYMC system will be open according to their regular schedule on Wednesday.
