SPORTS digest YSU basketball claims Horizon League honors

INDIANAPOLIS

Youngstown State’s mens and womens basketball teams each had two players earn All-Horizon League honors.

For the mens team, senior guard Cameron Morse made the All-League second team and freshman forward Naz Bohannon made the All-Freshman team. On the womens side, senior guard Indiya Benjamin became YSU’s first first or second all-league honoree at guard since the 1999-20 season by making the second team. Chelsea Olson made the all-freshman team, YSU’s fourth honoree for that cetegory in five years.
